After the first appointment, I will work with you directly to schedule a regular/repeating appointment to reserve the time slot for you going forward. To request a first appointment, either reach out via the Contact page, email email@example.com , or call the office at (720) 655-3243.
Pre-session deposits are NOT required, but clients are required to have a credit/debit card on file. Payments are due on the day of service.
There is no charge for cancellations made with at least 24-hour notice (email, text, or phone call is sufficient for notice). Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full fee for the missed session.
As I take your confidentiality and privacy seriously, I do not engage with clients via social media websites. If you need to reach me, please contact me via phone, email, or this website.
I do not provide testing services. As a therapist, I can help you weigh the pros and cons of things like getting an autism and/or ADHD assessment, helping you make an informed decision that is a good fit for your needs. I can also provide referrals for psychologists who perform such services, but I do not provide neurodevelopmental testing. I do not diagnose autism or ADHD.
I do not offer evaluations/testing and I do not provide letters for emotional support animals. While many people find animals helpful for issues such as depression and anxiety, support animals are outside of my scope of practice and therefore not something that I can provide.
All sessions are $175 per session, due day of service.
While I do provide a limited number of charity-based therapy sessions per month, these slots are extremely limited.
No, I do not accept insurance; however, I am able to provide superbills for those with policies that accept superbills for Out-of-Network benefits.
Superbills are detailed invoices that clients can send to their insurance company. If your insurance policy includes Out-of-Network coverage, you can send the superbill to your insurance company and receive full or partial reimbursement according to your policy. If you are planning to use Out-of-Network insurance coverage in order to cover the costs of therapy it is highly recommended that you contact your insurance company first to verify your coverage. If the insurance company denies your claim for whatever reason, you will NOT be reimbursed for past payments, so it is essential that you know your coverage beforehand.
No, I am not a Medicaid provider. I am therefore unable to see Medicaid clients, even when paying out-of-pocket, per California and Colorado Medicaid policies. (Medicaid is sometimes called Medi-Cal, CalOptima, Health First Colorado, Colorado Access, etc.) If you have Medicaid, check for details and available providers through your Medicaid patient support services.
